I’m ona club track team and all the girls and guys have six packs eight packs etc., including me. I dont do any ab exercises an neither do most of the people on my team. although i do alot of squats and stuff with my legs, can you get a six pack from doign squats? i have a hard tme explaining to people why ive got a cut tummy.

By the way – I don’t have any expensive or high-tech gym equipment, and I am looking forward to learning ab exercises, that are effective enough that I can develop a six-pack, to do in my own home.

I have a good diet, I do ab workouts 3 times a week and go jogging for 20 min for 3 times a week. I am looking forward to looking ripped this summer any suggestions? I also have a upper body workout I do 3 times a week.

I am 19 years old and I weight about 170 pounds and I am 6ft, I am trying to get a six abs and I am just wondering if anybody can give me any hints, I have a flat stomach so I was wondering would I still need a diet? because I don’t eat a lot. Also what good workouts can I do beside crunches? I do about a 100 crunches a day.
